Hurricanes: 6:00pm to 6:30 pm

Cheerleading uniforms will be distributed the first week of practice.
Picture Day is scheduled for Wednesday, September 2nd with a rain date of Thursday, September 3rd at our practice field.
July 27th – September 3rd
Practices Monday – Thursday 6pm- 8pm at Krull Park, Olcott. (Across from the wading pool area)
September 9th – October 23rd
Practices Wednesday – Friday from 6pm to 8pm. (ending time adjusted due to darkness.)
**Please note the 2009-2010 school year in the Newfane School District begins on Tuesday,
September 8, 2009. Additional or optional practices may be requested between 8/27- 9/7.
The Panther Paw Celebration is schedule for our last home game. This event consists of the final raffle drawing, basket auction, and bake sale. A committee will be assembled for that event early in the season for adequate time to plan.
NYFC submitted a minimum play rule to NOFA for consideration. Our proposal was accepted for the upcoming season. Each squad will have a statistician. This person will be on the sideline and will be a critical participant on game days. Please consider this position only if you are fairly certain you can attend ALL games during the season. An information/training meeting will be held for all statisticians before the season begins.
NYFC continues to collect ink cartridges. Cartridges must be:
- Original manufacturer's brand such as HP, Lexmark, Dell, Canon and Sharp only.
- Cannot be damaged, remanufactured, refilled
- Have a print head
If you or your business would like to donate any cartridges, please bring them to the concession stand at any practice, game day, or contact Shari Nicholas at 946-2261. Thank you for the generous donations we have received to date!
