NYFC will continue to accept applications
until June 1, 2012.
Any applications submitted after that date will be subject
to a $25 late fee to cover uniform ordering costs.

COST:
Football Players: $125.00 Ages 6 to 13
Cheerleaders: $125.00 Ages 6 to 14

• Copy of birth certificate is required for all new players
• Family Discount - $100 for each additional player
• No required raffle ticket sales this year
